I offer a 4-6 weeks beginner training program, single coaching sessions, autonomy training plans and personal training for individuals and small groups.
I am most interested in working with you through individualised programs that fit your life and help you achieve your goals, which is why I offer a variety of in person and online programming options where we work together for periods of four to six weeks at a time :)

Please note that for in person training we will work together at gyms that allow outside personal trainers. This may bring up additional cost if your usual gym does not, typically in Helsinki around 12e per session. Each price includes 24% ALV.
