Includes: -An assessment of your background, needs and goals via call -A 4 to 6 weeks individualised training plan with significant modifications possible throughout the process. The plan is delivered through the app TrainHeroic. -Weekly check-ins and load monitoring including RPE and/or weights recommendations -Minimal interventions on sleep hygiene, nutrition, overall recovery and other coaching related matters, as needed. -Video review of key exercises -One coaching session together Price points indicated per amount of desired weekly workouts
