Includes: -An assessment of your background, needs and goals -A 4 to 6 weeks individualized training plan including extensive modifications as needed -1 in person coaching session included per training cycle (4-6 weeks) -Weekly Training Load and Recovery monitoring -Weekly check-ins and load monitoring including RPEs and/or weight recommendations -Weekly video feedback
