Service Description

This formula includes -An assessment of your background, needs and goals -A 4-6 weeks individualised training plan including extensive modifications as needed -4 in person or video coaching session included per training cycle (4-6 weeks) -Check-ins as needed including feedback on your workout videos -Weekly Training Load and Recovery monitoring, including RPEs/weights recommendations -1 Habits Consultation: discussing your sleep, nutrition, relaxation and time management, and how they interact with your training.
